Terms of Service

Last updated 22 August 2026

These terms cover your use of swello.ai and the Swello creator portal, operated by Swello, LLC ("Swello", "we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to them.

What Swello does

Swello creates and operates short-form social accounts on your behalf, in the markets you choose, and posts the content you supply to them. Posts are placed manually on real devices.

Your content

You keep all rights to the videos and other content you send us. You grant Swello permission to post, caption and schedule that content on the accounts we run for you, for as long as we are working together.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you send, including music, footage and any person appearing in it.

Account ownership

The social accounts we create for you belong to you. Handles, logins and followers transfer to you and remain yours if our engagement ends.

Platform rules

The accounts we operate are subject to the terms of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and any other platform involved. We cannot guarantee any particular reach, view count or that a given account will not be restricted or removed by a platform.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Services for content that is unlawful, infringing, or that violates the rules of the platforms it will be posted to. We may decline or stop distributing content that does.

Fees and cancellation

Fees, billing period and scope are set out in your individual agreement with Swello.

Liability

The Services are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Swello is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost reach, lost revenue or platform action taken against an account.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
