This policy covers swello.ai and the Swello creator portal at creator.swello.ai (together, the "Services"), operated by Swello, LLC ("Swello", "we", "us").
What we collect
- Contact details you give us - name, email and anything you include when you book a call or email us.
- Client account data - for clients, the social accounts we operate on your behalf, the videos and captions you send us, and the resulting post and performance data.
- Portal access data - the access link and password used to sign in to the creator portal.
What we do not collect
The swello.ai marketing site does not run analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and it does not set cookies of its own.
How we use it
- To deliver the service: creating and running the social accounts you engage us for.
- To communicate with you about your account and your posts.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use third-party providers to run the Services, including hosting, scheduling and the social platforms your content is posted to. They receive only what they need to perform their function. Booking a call is handled by Google Calendar and is subject to Google's own privacy policy.
Retention
We keep client content and account records for as long as we are working together, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under the GDPR or the CCPA. Email hello@swello.ai and we will respond.
Account ownership
Social accounts we create for you are yours. If our engagement ends, the handles, logins and followers stay with you.
